6th reading specialty- Fluency practice - poem
8th reading specialty- Comprehension strategy – sounds like text – mixed up sentences, “Antarctica”
8th language lesson- Pass out Writer’s Choice books, go over expectations for language class, Make a list of your three best qualities and your three worst qualitites.
8th language homework- Finish list if you did not get it done in class.
Thursday
7th reading specialty- Comprehension strategy – rereading – “Antarctica” questions.
6th reading specialty- Fluency practice.
8th reading specialty- Comprehension strategy – rereading – “Antarctica” questions.
8th language lesson- Team building, play Rain Gutter. Write “what did you learn in the game? And how can that be applied to class? paragraph.
8th language homework- Finish writing paragraph if you did not get it done in class.

8th language lesson- Discuss friendly letter format. Model writing a friendly letter about yourself.
8th language homework- Write a friendly letter to Mrs. Stalter. It does need to be friendly letter format and about three paragraphs.
